Activist fund tackles Denis Kessler, Scor's CEO
Le Monde reports that CIAM is pushing for the removal of Denis Kessler from the Board of Scor. CIAM, which owns 0.94% of the French insurer, will officially declare its requests during the next AGM on April 26th. CIAM cited the desire "to improve Scor's governance" and to separate the functions of Chairman and CEO as the primary reasons for demanding Mr. Kessler’s departure, as well as his high pay.
