Activist hedge fund opposes Walt Disney's move on Disneyland Paris

Reuters reports that CIAM, which owns 1.4% of Euro Disney shares, has written to the board of the company criticising plans by Walt Disney Company to take full control of the debt-laden Paris theme park operator.
