The Deal reports that CIAM is keeping a close eye on the date in April 2019 when French reinsurer Scor’s three-year standstill agreement with Covéa expires. At that point, the privately held insurance firm will be able to purchase more shares in Scor and increase its offer bid, which could put more pressure on Kessler and Scor's board to consider the offer thoroughly.
