The conformity of the bid for Euro Disney is confirmed on appeal

The Agefi reports that the Paris Court of Appeal dismissed CIAM’s request to overturn the AMF’s approval of the Euro Disney takeover bid by its parent company The Walt Disney Company (TWDC). CIAM is now considering recoursing to the Court of Cassation.
